Way to much money. not even a liner inside.
This one was under $300 Canadian on sale.

That's what I figured. Seems like a lot just for the Jeep™ logo.

Thanks.

You having experience with these, when I was shopping for them thought I wanted one with no liner, that way I could keep everything in the bed without needing to empty it to assemble. Thoughts on that?

I’d be more concerned about the box being dirty an creepy crawlies getting in. You have to take everything out for the air mattress anyway.
We just got it late last fall and haven’t tried it yet.
We have a trailer so it’s more for someone showing up when we’re camping.

Get the Napier or similar.

Not me, but I have the same tent.
See how the rear is almost vertical, much better in the rain or heavy dew than some of the others.

I purposely bought one with no "liner" as those are a pain - plus it means you must totally empty the truck of all stuff before setting it up.
No need for a liner.

Depends on your air mattress. I leave my bag and some odds and ends in the back when setting up the tent. My air mattress just goes down the middle unless I buy something bigger.
I have camped a couple of times near the Mississippi (Cordova dragway park) where the mayflies and other stuff get really nasty in the evening and night. Never had anything get in with me.

I have a water right tonneau cover and everything fits with it closed. I plan to just use a cot in there and put up a dog kennel for my friend. I think I’ll try out one without the liner.

Liner is a hassle, IMO. I can leave stuff in the back, slide in and sleep. Simple to take the tent down in the AM, takes very little space.
I also "assumed" I'd have real trouble sleeping only 1/2 mile from the Mississippi with the bugs and such, no problem. I can also plug stuff into the 12v outlet and USB charging ports I installed in the side of the bed.
