Anyone put in the Decked Drawer System?

I just finished mine. Took me 2 days. Directions were unclear a good portion of the time, thank goodness for Youtube!! My only real problem now is the "short" turnbuckles that go in front are too long. The rear ones fit OK. I can't figure out even how to modify the front ones to work. I contacted customer service by email. 25+ hours later they responded by fill out a warranty card. I don't know how this is a warranty problem. The turnbuckles are not defective but just too long. I will fill out the warranty and see what happens. Just wondering if anyone else installed this and ran into the same problem. Thanks so much, DD.

I had the classic two drawer system and didn’t really have any issues. Maybe the wrong ones got sent?
