Anyone thought about Duel Exhaust on new Gladiator? If it would work or sound good with V6?

I have the JL Wranglers and each one has a different manufacturer. The Gibson is on my White with 40s and sounds the best. The Flowmaster is on my Silver and it’s the outlaw series I believe which is obnoxious and the drone noise. My wife and daughter hate it and want me to take it off. I personally like the exhaust of the Gibson and I just last night looked for a Gladiator cat back exhaust and could not find any manufacturer selling them at this time.

I don't mind the sound of the dual exhaust on the Wranglers but I think with the longer run of pipe to the rear of the Gladiator, it won't sound near as good.

It takes at least 8 cylinders for an exhaust system to sound good, anything less and it sounds like a weedeater if modified. Leave it alone..

Not sure what to the goal is, but the V6 that is in the OEM form or even with a SC, all the exhaust duties can be handled by the existing system. TO go dual you are looking at dual cats and mufflers of some kind and then the question of clearances etc.

If it's sound you are looking for then pick your muffler from some of the recommendations above.

I read somewhere that Mopar had an improved cat-back system coming for the JT...

They had them for the TJ, LJ and I think the JK, they were made by Borla.

Borla Cat Back exhaust, stainless with chrome tip

Jeep LJ Borla SS Exhaust: $214.95

Shipping: $23.95

Total: $233.90 Excellent value!!!

Very mellow tone only slightly more than the OEM muffler setup with a stronger feeling mid-range.

NOTE: This is a MOPAR/Borla Performance part and is available from your local Jeep dealer. The chrome tip looks good and even has JEEP stamped on the top of it, but it can easily be removed for off-roading. All components (tailpipe, clamps, and muffler) are of stainless steel.

Not so fast... This is a 100% truck deal for me. A truck has a sound. I'm def for checking out the option. Maybe not dual. But something that makes truck noise. Nothing worse than a truck that doesn't make truck noises. It should creak, squeak, groan. If we neuter truck too hell will freeze. Just saying. Oh yeah, and oil smell. And fumes occasionally. Shit, it is a truck, not a sports truck. My 2c

The Gladiator has 2 mufflers and 1 resonator, right?

Just eliminating all that crap and going to a full free-flowing Magnaflow system will pick up power. Just make sure you can handle the Nissan 370Z noise, because that's exactly what the Pentastar sounds like with exhaust.

i'm not a fan of aftermarket exhaust systems on Jeeps but if you're looking for a hint more sound, why not just cut off that resonator on the end ?

I have the Mopar/Borla on my LJ. I no longer run it with the exhaust tip (having crushed a couple on the rocks); nice sound with maybe a bit more power.

I tried a couple exhaust systems on my 3.6 JK
IMHO sounds like:
