They could not offer a price as that is for the dealer. I will report more once I get that info.

Pricey. Hoping that's the suggested retail and not the dealer price. $1600-$1800 would be more inline with dealer pricing on other vehicles.

Hoping the flat black to match non painted hard tops is priced to reflect the lack of paint.

I have always had Leer brand caps on previous trucks, looking forward to seeing what they put out in their basic line in the future.

This is great news! I didn't know ARE was planning on releasing a shell. I thought all of the major manufacturers had given the Gladiator a pass. They're my preferred brand when it comes to canopies.

Can you ping them to see if they will be releasing the ARE CX HD? It's essentially the exact shell as the Classic, but comes with the reinforced internal skeleton, enabling rooftop loads up to (if I recall) 550 pounds. I'd be sold for sure if they release that, or give the option for reinforcement on the Classic.

That's totally feasible. I regularly carried 400+ pounds (static) on the fiberglass shell on my last rig. It was basically Leer's version of the CX.
