Are there any real Black Friday deals to be had? 10% is a joke.

I'm really only 'needing' lights.. cubes and a small light bar... but would consider buying more since.. the truck is new and I'm AOK with keeping the economy afloat.. but 10%? Really? That's saving a few dollars when you add in tax.

Post any REAL sales you find here. Parts, Accessories, hell stickers and patches even.. but real sales only please.

Since I was going to order the stuff anyway, 10% was enough to make ME wait a few days...

But then I ordered over $600 of goodies. Any port in a storm.

Same here 10% is not motivation enough for an impulse buy. If I planned to purchase prior to BF because I wanted the item for my build then 10% is a bonus and may cause me to wait until then but you won't see me buying something I didn't plan on for that little discount

Between continued supply chain disruption, and inventory levels for a lot of companies, I wouldn't expect to see any huge deals this year. I know some companies won't even put out a deal because they don't have the inventory. It doesn't really make sense given the current economic status.

I finally used one of these the other day, and due to technical issues while checking out I had the entire contents of my basket scanned 3 times. I even asked them “is it this much a hassle to use a coupon?” LOL

I think they felt bad as in the end they gave me 20% off instead

The Home Depot Milwaukee M series tool deals are killing me, spent $600 so far switching to electric.
Tell me about it. Added the 3/8 impact wrench this year to take off my ZT blades, bought two new batteries for my son for Christmas, and have the chain saw in my cart waiting for the new cupon to kick in tomorrow. Have a Stihl now, but trying to get rid of the gas machines

This is what came in so far, have another 3 packages coming. Ugh.
Almost glad I couldn't in 4 tries secure a Playstation 5 for my son.

Guess I bought all my own Christmas presents. Hahaha!

10% would not sway me one bit - reminds me of the deal TX puts on every year right before back-to-school. Cities/counties are allowed to do a "tax-free" weekend and people SWARM the local stores as if shit was free. That's the marketers' job, though - no one would wait in line for a "8.25% off - this weekend only" sale.

If you wanted to buy something and require more than 10% off to make you buy it, you probably didn't need it in the first place. I've been a lot happier with a lot less shit in my life adopting the policy of knowing what I truly want and generally waiting for sales but I'm not going to buy something just because it's 20% off that I wouldn't buy at 10% off.

Now, if we're talking half price clearance, well, then I start getting into the nice to have stuff in some things like tools I'll use only occasionally.
