Audio cutting in and out and back up camera not available

Anyone here experience this yet I did a google search and apparently the wrangler folk have been dealing with it for two years!
I was leaving work today and when I went to back up no rear camera detected and then my radio was cutting in and out no matter what source I tried
Come to find out you have to reset the uconnect to get it back to normal and it most likely will happen again randomly
I’ll try to copy their thread

I have not yet as the 2 issues I have been experiencing in both cases its been well documented that there one is nothing wrong
Ie steering issue complaints! and now audio rear view camera
No known fixes for either issue
I don't have enough time in my schedule for nothing wrong with your vehicle responses

Tonight my Gladiator started the exact same thing.
Sound cuts out at regular intervals. The phone volume seems to reduce in the same interval.
the back up camera is blue screen with a message that says unavailable.

Deadbug, did you resolve this issue on yours?

Mine did this for the last 1.5 years. Seemingly random, I did the hard reset with the volume and tune knob thing (IIRC, I just searched the interwebs and found it). Sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. It always went away eventually. Super annoying though.
