Guess this will also fall in that "what ya got coming in the mail" thread, but broke down and bought the Auxbeam BA80 kit and it's to be installed in a diesel Sport S. Now this doesn't have to directly relate to the title, as I'm also curious to how folks are routing wire throughout the cab and dash as well as through the firewall. Also how/where did you mount the hardware?

Well hate that I couldn't get any responses so I went my own direction, now I have 7 more slots to fill. Mounted some low profile, 10 watt Cree units I'd got from Tractor Supply a few years back. Man, these compact vehicles are a pain in the butt finding places to mount stuff. After an adult beverage, I decided to mount the controller on the plastic roll bar cover, seemed to be a logical position to get unit out of the way.

Stuff under the hood, had to make some more compromises, tight quarters. Now to gain access to the fuse box, I'll need to move the switch box out of the way, but that shouldn't be a common thing. Had to make some custom brackets, which might need some refinements, progress has to start somewhere.

Maybe this will help the next person, we have to learn from each other.
