Bad Communication from RubiTrux

Hello All,
Anyone have experience with RubiTrux? I want to let you know about the bad communication. A few days ago, as I am shopping for Hutchison Rock Monster wheels, I came across their site. They had them on the website and shows IN STOCK. Since I reside in Hawaii, I am learning to reach out to the seller prior to buying, due to too many cancelled orders that do NOT ship to Hawaii. I placed these (attached pic) in my cart and sent them an email inquiry. No response in 24 hours so I sent the same message to them via their web site email. Still nothing yesterday, so I went to the site and decided to just roll the dice and place my order. Well, low and behold, they are no longer on the website and my cart is empty! They didn't even have the couth to respond to me and let me know they no longer offer them, or possibly offer another wheel option... Passing this along because I feel we Jeepers and 4X4 enthusiasts, are not a huge group, and this is piss poor behavior (IMHO).

So that complaint is vetted! (thanks for listening(reading)) :0)

Anyone know where I can purchase a set of four Hutchison wheels, Kit number 60637-017-1? Please don't say Northridge 4x4, as Maxx has failed to respond for two days also... Maxx was suggested by Bill B. over at Hutchison, but with the lack of response, I am leery about giving them my hard-earned dollars also.

$775.00 for each wheel? Wow! You just saved a boat load of money! Sidenote: are bead locks street legal in HI? There not in ID where I’m at, so I took them off the table. I have a couple of friends that put on Methods with their new tire grip technology and they love them. Good Luck finding what your after.

Thanks to whom reached out to Maxx... since he hasn't responded to my email since Monday, all the sudden I get one today about this post...

@Freems, not too worried about legal, as I will keep my old tires for the vehicle inspections :0)

Just want to make sure we are on the same page I had maxx show me his email and he did not receive a reply to his email he sent on Monday. Your post here did trigger us to look into this of course. But we pride ourselves on getting back to people and having good communication

Yes, I understood that talking to Bill Barrett over at Hutchison… I was looking at the 17” in black and hoping for 10% on the sale if could. You said 5%. I have attached a pic of my cart… Would the shipping be correct? Should I purchase through the cart or is there a better way?

Update: Spoke to Maxx this morning (My Time), think it was about his lunch time... Had a great conversation and wheels are ordered... as for Rubitrux - how about even getting an email from them saying don't pass this up?
