Just picked up my base Sport model. Yes Bigfoot does exist. Took way too long and they ended up not having enough time to install my hard tonneau or my step bars. But the sales guy and I put on my Bestop Sunrider. Grab handles fit easily around the roll bar. Going back tomorrow to get the tonneau and step bars put on. A few pictures for now. Oh and yes I loved the ride.

I prefer the black wheels on the base sport. Too bad they didn't put the wheel weight on the inside. I'll probably end up painting over it if mine comes with them.

How difficult is it to unlock the rear doors from the driver's seat? Or roll down the passenger window while at a stoplight?

I ordered these grab handles from EBay. They come with 2 coat hooks. The seller was out of the coat hooks. But he should be sending them to me sometime early this week. Other sellers on EBay have them. And FYI if you look closely you will see that they say that they don’t fit on a Gladiator but they do. My truck should get into town any day now. And just last Friday I was at my dealership ordering a couple of things. While there I wrapped my grab handles around the roll bar and they easily fit. I also have never seen coat hooks on a Gladiator.
Are those the Mopar grab handles?

I have not tried to reach over and roll up or down the passenger window. Should be a far reach for my short arms. However I can tell you that it is a royal pain in the rear end to reach around and unlock the back door. I checked into that many months ago. Just try to do that on any Gladiator. Problem is that the front seat is in the way, not enough room in between the side front seat and the side frame of the truck. I even tried to recline the seat to see if it would be any easier, not really. But hey I have a simple fix for this. And it falls in the Ripleys Believe It Or Not category.

I have been in discussions with an aftermarket car stereo company. I rip out the worthless tiny stereo system and will have them put in a much larger system with Navigation and other stereo do dads. While they do this I will pay them $200 to put a power lock/unlock on the back seats. I know it sounds crazy but it beats paying thousands more for a Sport S that has features that I don’t care to have. I got just what I wanted and nothing else.

Congrats! That sunrider is the best thing I have ever installed on a Jeep.
