Bed Cap for my 2022 Gladiator Overland

My ARE took about 3 months and I had to pay 100% in advance.

The AluCabs are tanks, if I actually did meaningful off-roading or overlanding I would have definitely paid the extra. But still had it painted to be color matched, I don’t like the different color toppers.

I just recently (June 1) picked up another Gladiator and have been on the prowl for a used ARE cap. Got super luck and found one in Virginia, color matched to my white. After NOT having one, I will never NOT go without one. The amount of room added is amazing. Mine has the roof rack, Yakima bars and a 170 watt Merlin solar panel. I'll probably still look for a small (Geo Pro) trailer, but this gives me more options for camping or rough weather when camping. Only problem that I am noticing is that the very back corners, closest to the tailgate, have a small gap. Going to run by a dealer and have them check it out. Might need new seals or just might need to fill the gap with weather seal.

I absolutely love my Alu-Cab topper because of the Huge door openings. When they are open it's almost like there's no topper installed. The ease of access on 3 sides of my truck bed should not be overlooked.

Also of note, the "gap" between the topper and cab that bothers some people is actually a great feature. It makes it much eaiser to clean windows, PLUS much easier to swap from my Hard Top to my Soft Top!

im little bias but I think RSI Smart Cap match the line of the gladiator best and the quality is top notch, not to mention functionality.
