Hey all. Proud new owner of a 2025 Mojave X, in color 41.

I just had Line X applied to the bed and upon getting home I noticed that a rectangular panel in the bed had popped out. Tried to put it back in, and it won't stay put.

Picture here of the panel in the bed (I put it back in but it's really loose).

Anybody else have this problem? What's the fix?

Will also add that I'm in north Texas and it's hot as hades here right now. The clips on the panel were very flexible from the heat. Thinking this is the main culprit.

If they removed the panel, sprayed, then put it back it could be that the thickness of the liner won't allow the panel fingers to actually go deep enough to grip and catch.
The factory sprays over that panel.

I've had mine out and found that it's a really close fit - any extra thickness will prevent that cover from clipping.

Yup I think you're right. I'm just going do 4 blobs of black silicon caulking at the corners and call it a day. I'm a little frustrated because they removed that panel and sprayed all inside the wheel well. Grrrrrr.

They sealed mine in with the liner. It would be easy to score a line around it if I needed behind it…which I have no idea why you would. The 110 is on the other side.

I've thought about using that for power, and/or air fittings and compressor control.
The 110 tiny square is too small for my use, although it worked in my 2022, it was tight. I will likely use the left side panel next time. A lot more space.

Good ideas. I haven’t made up my mind what I’m going to do with the bed yet. I currently have one of the large Milwaukee storage bins, which is great but very unorganized and a lot of wasted space.

I’m not really a fan of a rooftop tent, but I’m currently thinking towards a bed cap. I’ve learned over the years that organization really is not my forte so it takes me a long time to make up. My mind. Is ideas continually run through my head. The older I get the more ideas I seem to have floating around, and they can’t seem to find a place to land….lol
