Hey guys,
Is anyone using bed racks above a bed mounted spare carrier like this one?

I need a bed rack for the tent and I am not liking the lack of options as far as rear bumpers with tire carriers, and the fact they have 2-3 months lead time. So I was looking at mounting the spare in the bed but somehow off the bottom of the bed to maximize storage. Specifically I was looking at the Rebel full height bed rack, and potentially down the road even adding a bed slider (nuthouse) to push/pull things in/out easily.
I am wondering if a 37"x12.5" would fit. DV8 also has a vertical mount carrier: I am not sure if it would clear the side of the racks though, and I don't know if it would be better in terms of usable space either.
