Just my opinion. Read lots of stuff on here about tires. I've narrowed it down to Toyo AT3 35X11.50X17 for me anyways

I.M.O. tires are a lot like sneakers. We each like what we like. I drive a lot of miles (about 30k/yr), so for me, I want a certain profile while staying close to stock size to keep my gas mileage right around 23mpg. I just put a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3W's on my wife's new wrangler and like them a lot (285/65/R18). Beefy, thick tread blocks, great traction, low noise and solid handling. I'm going with the same when I replace my Gladiator tires (Goodyear Wrangler ATA255/75/R18).

This is what I'm running right now Wildpeak 285/70/17 but need a little bit more traction off road

I am really happy with the Falken Wildpeak AT3. I was going to pull the trigger on Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT, ( aggressive sidewall, asymmetric tread, three peak, 50K rated ), but went with Falken because I was very happy with the Wildpeak MT's.

I have run several different sets of tires on my JT and JKU both C and D LR, I cannot notice a difference between the two, currently running 35" LR D on the JT and don't notice a difference from the 34" LR C tires I had on previously. Only downside to LR D tires IMO is they usually weigh a little more.

I'll say BFG KO2s are probably number 1 for me but so far the Kanati Trail Hogs are a very close second. If they last as long as the BFGs do or are even close it will definitely make choosing my next set challenging. Especially since they are about $600 less than the BFGs for a set of 4.

Both check off all boxes

Bought the Toyos in 35x11.5 because of their light weight. About the same weight as the stock 33 Wildpeaks. Very happy with them. Admittedly, I haven't run any other tires on my JT to compare them to.
