Where's the thread discussing the best seat covers for the Gladiator?

I have tan cloth seats, and would like to keep them clean, and maybe add a little comfort.

I like those. They look like a great quality cover. I have the Wet Okole neoprene covers. 100% waterproof, comfortable and easy to take care of. Expensive but I did get them on sale. Bought them because Iā€™ve always put them on my Jeeps. However, I would probably try the Bartact next. One thing Iā€™ve learned is not to buy a cheap set. You wonā€™t like them, they wonā€™t last and you will remove them quickly and end up buying the expensive set anyways. Like they say, ā€œbuy once, cry onceā€!

I had Bartact and Marathon. Both are cordura but Bartact had a tighter fitment. Gonna wait till BF to make my decision with seat covers. I may get PRP covers this time around since price point is just a few bucks more from Bartact.

I'm gonna try out a set of Diver Down seat covers. I've got them on pre-order and they should ship in a bout a week. We'll see how they do.

Down here in Texas it gets pretty hot in the summer. Do they breath well or is it like sitting on 80s vinyl seats that stick to you when itā€™s hot?

Same here, I have the tan cloth seats and I like them a lot, but having two young kids and tan seats is a terrible combination. Right now I'm running a set of $40 Amazon seat covers...horrible fit (especially rear bench) and ugly as hell, but they keep the seats underneath clean. Excited to get my diver down covers sometime this month. At ~$180 they are way less than PRP, but custom fit for the JT so I'm hoping its a good middle-ground.

Me too, the price point is the best so far on any options for the JT

I wonder if it is different strokes for different folks but some of the ones mentioned here are universally hated on the TJ forums, specifically any of the neoprene styles.

I have a set of bartacts for front and rear for over a year now. I really like them but I just recently had to rip the seat portion off. It kept pulling out from between the upper and lower seat.
I wouldnā€™t say this is bartacts fault but it was disappointing. I also found no matter how much I tightened the bottoms they still moved a lot. I left the backs and rear seats on but for the price of both I wish I had just saved up a little more and got katzkin seats.

I had the same problem until I figured out that I didn't install them right. You can snake the paracord through the nylon pull tabs from the top one and when you tighten it up, holds it really well

Mine were snakes thru the nylon tabs and still did in albeit Iā€™m not the lightest weigh person but still.. Iā€™m actually liking the look better with no bottoms.

I see people going with the diver down in here. Anybody have experience with them with a JL or JK? The price seems just too good to be true honestly.

I was close to pulling the trigger on Bartact but the OD green ones don't carry the same sun resistance warrenty
