I had a front locker installed on my sport over the winter. The place that did the install did a horrible job with the wiring. I fixed a couple problems already.
The most recent thing I found was the wire harness from the diff was run directly next to the cat converter. Its about 2-3 inches away from the hottest part of the motor! Iā€™m sure I could run the wires better, but Iā€™m concerned that I might cause damage off road when I start flexing the front suspension. Can anyone give me an idea on the best path to run the wires?

Away from anything hot, and make sure you have enough slack in the wiring at the diff. You don't want the wires pulling apart.
