So I’ve been going back and forth on purchasing a sunrider since I first purchased my jeep. I found a good deal on one locally and I was wondering how you guys liked yours?

Bought two, one for JLR and the other for the JTR. Better than a convertible top since it only takes 5 seconds to go from covered to uncovered at a stop light, and vice versa.

I like the idea of the Sunrider, but I have the premium soft top, and same time to undue, I have to stop and get out to cover up again but I am so happy I didn't go with the chop-top looking hard top.
I love the ease of using the convertible, and I use it often. I could use a Best top now that I have an RTT. How ever, I'd have to go to a hard top, so it probably won't happen.

If you're not worried about removing the back half of the hardtop much, or at all, they are perfect. My buddy has one on his 2 door JK and loves it.
The thing that held me back is my kids enjoy the open top too and the Sunrider doesn't allow that. I ended up going the dual top route and love it. The soft top opens just as fast and easily as the Sunrider does, and opens up both rows.

It is the absolute best purchase yet! Use it almost everyday. I can’t say enough about the ease of installation and use.

We got one shortly after taking the panels off and on about 4 times the first 2 weeks of ownership. It's so easy. I can open and close it with one hand (until I tear my rotator cuff doing it :D)).
It's finally stretched out from the sun and wind, and only now has it started to flap some in the wind when it's closed. It's only noticeable because it's a new sound. With the radio up, you can't hear it.

I agree with this. I was trying to decide if I wanted to install the soft top or sell it for a sunrider. I installed the soft top yesterday and so glad I did. Even with just me and the wife the fresh air and sun you get from the full soft top is great. The grandkids will love it too. I was also impressed with how little noise I got from the top while folded back and maybe 10 seconds to put the top back down and latch it. With the top up is was also plenty quite and fits tight as a drum. I picked up the premium soft top off craigslist for a great price. Great design. Good luck with your purchase.

Best mod I have added. I live in Florida and open it just about everyday. Super easy to install. Should be a factory option.
