You dont think theirs looks too long with how it hooks into the forward part of the hood? I have never been a snorkel person but after recently seeing the rugged ridge one that mounts to the cowl and allows you to have upper or lower intake choices looks pretty intriguing/slick to me.

Nah, I love the look. Especially on the green AEV demo JT on their web site. Plus, it's a pretty direct path to the air box without the complication of routing through the under hood area, keeping it less cluttered.

I like the RR version, too, though. I do agree that it is a little bit of a cleaner design on the exterior, anyway. Nice versatility with the low intake option, but I just don't see the point in the low intake. I'd stick with the factory intake over that. But it is still pretty neat and creative.
