Hi, We just purchased a Gladiator Overland, and a week later a 20 foot trailer. Novices at hauling vehicles, we relied on the trailer dealer to recommend and install a brake controler. He chose to installa Primus 90/160 ion a plastic panel to the left of the steering wheeling, just below the speakr. The controler and metal bracket protrude and interfere partly with my operating of the clutch. Does anyone have a similar installation? I see that Redarc and Curt offer smaller brake controls which sit as dials on other parts of the dashboard. Do they work? Thank you.

My Redarc works great. Tiny little knob that is completely out of the way for me.
