has any one noticed my 22 mojave 6 speed was a dog then after about 1700 miles it came to life runs strong seems to have more power is it me or did it break in only thing i done to it changed oil at 1600 miles with amsoil and changed the rear diff and transmission lots of metal in the drains whats your thoughts

Mine was the same way. I think it takes time for the computer to adjust to driving habits and engine break in.

The truck learns, things loosen up. It can take a few thousand miles at times, depending on the driver and conditions.
Nothing you did with oil or fluids made any real difference.,

It's very normal, and has been for decades, for vehicles to increase mpg and do better as things wear in and systems learn. I saw an mpg jump of almost 2 mpg when mine hit over 6,000 miles.
No, it wasn't your amsoil LOL. It's ok but not THAT good.

Is it changing long term fuel maps or something? Curious since it's a manual and we know the transmission isn't a factor.

I honestly didn't know the long term fuel maps were adjusting. I thought that and timing would be pretty much set in the tune and short term fueling when needed.

Im assuming we have wideband o2's?

I hear you on the input parameters you listed. I was thinking more what outputs to the tune would change. Which in my mind would be fuel and timing.
