This looks very promising. It should be noted that the OEM Cargo Management System includes 240amp alternator and the AC outlet in the bed. You can still get the alternator if you order the Aux switch package but you’ll have to add an AC outlet in the back to get the same features.

Still, at $200, I think I’d do it.

no. mine does not have it (i will look, did not use back seat other than for hunting gear
if it is the same one i used to have on my 2016 sahara, i hate to tell you but it sucked...

And the install video for that shows the trail rail already installed. I'm wondering if I can get just the front bed trail rail piece and then mount that bed rack. I dont want it down the sides of the bed if that makes sense

ohh i understand now. you want just the rear rail and rear rack? maybe @BuiltRight will chime in.

I finally got around to swapping out my wooden rails for @BuiltRight rails. I made another video for fun, not cuz he asked.

The short version is this kit is inexpensive compared to Mopar @ $230 (normal price) and down right cheap right now at $199 pre-order, https://www.builtrightind.com/jeep-gladiator-products/2020-jeep-gladiator-utility-rail-system It opens up a lot of aftermarket options (most racks require it), its easy to install and durable!

I'll eventually mount a 1000watt inverter in my JT and run a plug to the bed where the mopar outlet goes i'll do a video of that too. Methinks you can get an under rear seat box, inverter and these rails for much less than Mopar's price, plus the 3 will be better!
EDIT: i re-did part of my video because i was saying left and right instead of front/back when talking about the rails. Fixed now i think.

I placed my order a week ago along with the passenger rear panel - planning on installing my ARB twin compressor to the panel and running the wires out the A/C cover.

My vote would be for hi-lift jack attachments - definitely need those.
