Bumped BACK to D??

I ordered a manual Sport S in Granite Crystal gray back on June 25th. Last Wed I was put into D1 and checked with Jeep chat just about everyday to see if it was moving forward in the build. Today I was told that I am back to D status. I called my dealer and confirmed it. My salesman says he has never seen this happen. He also told me Jeep chat would have more info than he would??

Jeep chat is not giving any info (at least Diana isn't - one work answers). My question is, have any of you had this happen?
