In a rare spontaneous buy I ordered a 2.5" teraflex spacer lift. I'm wondering if the gap is going to be too much with my stock Willy's wheels and tires.
Stock Willy's KM2 are 32"

Thanks.

Edit: I realized it's not *really* a 2.5" lift, it's a 1" lift with a level. Not sure how I either ordered the wrong setup or just wasn't paying attention. But I may think about finding some cheap Rubicon shocks/springs/stuff, it seems like they are a much better option over the Sport S. I find it's a bit soft and bouncy stock lol.

Ha, great post! I'm actually about to order a 2-2.5" lift for my Willys, but will be keeping the stock wheels and M/T tires (what can I say, I just like them). I've had it on jack stands raised up, I still love the look, the stock M/T tires are meaty enough for me to make it work. I want the extra clearance off road as we do have some rocks here, but I DO NOT want to lose daily fun driving performance..... I'll only upsize tires when I'm ready to re-gear.

Just can't decide on which lift :headbang:

Hopefully we see some pics! And let me know how your lift goes!

Not exactly why you may be looking for. I have a Sport S with a Mopar lift and a 1” puck up front with winch and bumper. The pics are with stock Rubi tires and wheels. 285/70-17.

Guys, need some opinions, I purchased the teraflex 1" spacers. No bump stop extensions come with just the 1" option. Are they necessary for 1" spacer?

I don't think it is since it's only 1". I read on another thread they really aren't needed. Probably can good a little though.
and you, know, not derail somebody else's thread. ;)

Nice hat!
Jeep looks good. Same color here. I will be doing a 2.5" Clayton as soon as everything comes in. Have to wait for my wheels and tires due to back order. It does not look too out of proportion. I was wondering, thanks.

@DankjeeP thanks!

I actually thought the 285's looked good on it. However I just wanted 315's or 35's. I did keep the 285's though. I ended up regearing with the 315 SST Pros that I have on it. If I would have had the 4.10's I wouldn't have thats for sure but the 3.73 that were in it had me believing that it was only a 6 speed tranny, lol. I also purchased a 35" Kenda 35/10.5 for my spare for thats the tire Im planning on going with when its time for new ones. I like the pizza cutter look on em.

As for the Hat....I was working at WPAFB in Ohio as a Gov Employee and Ermery was visiting, I didn't find out till the visit was almost over. I went up to him and told him I was a Drill Instructor at Parris Island and would love for him to sign my Hat. He actually told me where he was staying and for me to bring it.

Hell of guy. True Loss.

Nice. He was always entertaining for sure, and quite a patriot.
