Does anyone know if the fuel economy can be changed from km/L to L/100km? Every other car we have has L/100km so we are having a tough time adapting.

This is from the manual. I dont have a Gladiator to try it on but I suggest trying the left or right arrows while you have Average or Current selected.

I changed mine to miles to the gallon I am old school and my temp to Celsius, and in kilometres per hour as that is what I need so I am not guessing.
