Yes, remove it and yes, it does help and work. I did rockjock on 2 inch mopar.Hey guys, just added a mopar lift kit + 0.75 front spacer. I got almost a 3ā lift from this set up.
I added the rock jock bearing spacer to play it safe.
Of course now Iām having some unrelated transfer case issues. Iām taking it in for warranty work.
You guys think I should remove the spacer? Iām afraid they may try to void my warranty with this little spacer installed since it affects drive shaft and transfer case technically. The stealership will try anything to void a warranty claim.
What are you guys thoughts on this spacer voiding warranty?
3/4".What is the thickness of the rock jock spacer?
If itās me, Iād go bigger than that. Mine is well over an inch. It doesnāt hurt the t case angle at all, but does wonders for the pinion angle. Dana and Adamās have larger ones. I really like the one Iām now running from Adamās, as itās offset and moves the shaft further away from the gas tank skid.3/4".
3/4" thick by 7 3/4 long and 1 5/8' wide. What is the thickness of the rock jock spacer?
Spicer one is an inch thick. What is the thickness of the rock jock spacer?
Which one did you go with?Same here. Very easy install and used with a 2.5 Clayton lift.
Not sure about the diesel vs gas. I think that is just dependent on the size of the lift. I went with the rock jock.Which one did you go with?
Also does it make a difference diesel or gasser?
It wonāt hurt a thing. Do you have a picture of your driveshaft going into your pinion at normal ish ride height?Found some from Terraflex for $21, but they are 1-1/2". I only have a 2-12 spacer lift so that
may be a bit much.
