Put a set of 255/85/17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T's on my JTR this last week. Thanks @Discount Tire for the quick turnaround. Got my veterans discount, and 5% DT card discount and 12 mo 0% APR. Considering the current market I felt like it was a good deal OTD.

Been a minute since I had a Jeep on 35"s so it's taking a minute to adjust but definitely liking it. The Baja Boss A/T is a noticeable improvement in steering and road feel than the take off Wildpeak's it had on it. I bought it used with them on it but the DT tech asked if they were newer because the tire manufactured date's were newer than 2020. They probably had 1/3 tread life left though so I felt like they were making the steering feel loose and just making every pothole or RR crossing etc. feel really harsh on the lower back. Definitely recommend the Baja Boss A/T's if you're looking for a set. It does feel a little more high center with the narrow tires but it also feels more responsive. Guess I will have to try and comment in a few months when I get a better long term feel of the comparison. Now if I can budget a Livernois tuner I'll get the MPH set correctly.
