It feels so good when things worked as they should. Got my truck back from the shop and all is well that ends well. The ride is nice and tight... and quiet!! I've learned a lot but not sure if I want to tackle it again unless I had extra free time.
Awesome! Super happy to hear they were able to get that fixed up for you, installs are always fun to try yourself and we all have to learn somewhere!

Thanks again for your assistance. Big two thumbs up to Clayton for both their product and customer service.
Next up, arb twin compressor install. Wish me luck.

Can someone with the 3.5" Overland system and 37's measure from ground to rooftop for me please? I'm changing my order of a 3.5" ride right with 35's to the 3.5" overland with 37's and want to make sure it will fit in my garage. Thanks!
Did anyone ever answer this?

For a standard garage opening you will fit without problem. A standard opening is 84", my garage opening is just shy of that at 81". I have a JLUR with a 3" lift and 37" tires, plus I have the soft top which sits up several inches higher then the hard top. I clear my opening with about 3.5 " to spare.

I have also asked a JT owner with a 4" lift on 40's to measure his hard top at the rear to the ground and he gave me the measurement of 80.5 " so even that should fit in my garage if I were to run 40's.

Every lift is going to be slightly different in results, as everyones set up is different, but with the Clayton 3.5" and 37's you will fit fine as long as your garage is a around the standard size opening.

Just installed the 3.5 overland. Impressive! Quick question, front and rear pinion angles? My rear driveshaft ended up at 5 degrees. What is recommended? My caster is around 5 degrees. Trying to dial her in. Also, I was trying to center the wheels in the wheel well by adjusting the lower control arms. I measured center right down the middle of the bump stops. How crucial is that? I noticed its a half inch further out from that middle. I'm already a bit further than recommended length on those lower control arms. Didn't want to push my luck. Just need to verify. Any help would be appreciated.

What's the overall height on that beast? I'm looking at their 2.5 overland and 35s. How tall is the garage it fits in?

79 inches at the highest spot (rear hard top). Installed it today so it should settle 1/4 inch from what I understand. 37x12.50x17 ridge grapplers.

Thanks. I readjusted rear pinion to around 3 degrees. I moved the axle a bit forward so it’s not perfectly centered in the wheels well. An 3/4 of an inch forward in the back. 1/2” longer than recommended length in the instructions for the lower rear arms. Seemed to take some spring bow out. Still pretty arched. See any problems that jump out at you?

Your rear arms definitely look like they have way too much adjustment made which is causing your increased pinion angle and bowed springs. I would recommend removing the arms and getting them adjusted back down to the recommended spec in the instructions out on a table, reinstalling, and then going from there. Don't worry too much right now about not being perfectly centered in the wheel well as the axle will rotate back once the vehicle is sitting under its own weight on the ground. If you want any additional help with this definitely send us a PM or an email with some more pictures and we can help you get finished up with your install!
