Cleaning/Protecting Mopar Soft Rolling Tonneau

Hi everyone, I just purchased a 2021 Gladiator and am having the dealer install the Mopar soft rolling tonneau cover. I've read it is made out of similar material as the soft top that comes on the Jeep. Does anyone do anything to clean it and protect the cover to help with sun damage etc? I was thinking of spraying some heavy duty Scotchguard on it. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks

I use rag top for fabric tops. Mine is over a year old and looks better than new. I spray every 6 months and in the Calif sun has done very well
