I’m going to run the Cleghorn Ridge OHV trail to Silver Lake and then taking the Pilot Rock OHV trail heading to Lake Arrowhead. I’ve never done it so figured we would give it a go. From what I’ve seen it shouldn’t be overly technical and most stock rigs can run it. Anyone keen can join us at 9am Saturday morning. Let me know and we can organize a meet point. If not I’ll post photos :) we will most probably end up camping somewhere up in Big Bear Saturday night.

Some quick photos, was an amazing day. Cleghorn Rd itself is very easy. The offshoots are fun (very mild). The last offshoot (or the first one if you enter from Silver Lake is the most difficult. We got some great angles on these. Definitely worth a go.

don't think my stock sport s will make that.
Honestly the trail itself is very mild. The last shoot off is the most technical. I would say just go and play but stay away from the last one (or first if you enter from Silver lake)

Let’s meet n greet soon
Absolutely always keen to meet fellow Jeepers. Im planning a trip to Azusa Canyon either next weekend or the following weekend. We’re also doing Moab during the Thanksgiving week.

Looks nice. I still haven’t taken my Gladiator off road. I want to bring my family with me. Is this place okay for a stock JT Rubi?

Yea absolutely, just choose your lines carefully and in my opinion stay away from that last shoot off as you get back to the main road towards Silverwood Lake. That’s were we got 25 degree roll....

I would love to go to Asuza canyon. Im very familiar with that mountain. I ride my bike up there all the time going to crystal lake. I've always wondered how it would be to go offloading there. Me and my girlfriend would love to join you guys. hopefully not this weekend but next weekend for sure.
