When I move the the steering wheel left and right while sitting still or moving really slow it makes a clicking noise. It doesn’t do it when I jack the front end up. I just installed the sector shaft brace hoping that would fix it but it’s still doing it. Jeep has a 2.5 inch lift with yeti track bar and falcon steering stabilizer. It’s a 2021 rubicon.
thanks

Get a second person to assist you so that one can turn the wheel back and forth to replicate the sound while the other tries to locate the sound's source. Conversely, grab some tools and tighten down every single bolt on the front suspension and steering system and hope that fixes it.

What Dylan said…you need a second person to turn the wheel back and forth. Look for unusual movement at all the joints. The most common suspect is the Track Bar Mount at the frame. Check torque specs on all the components. If you find a joint with movement and it’s torqued to spec, it may be wallowed out. Often a slightly larger grade 8 bolt will solve the problem. Have done this on my TJ, but not the gladiator. Lastly, check the pitman arm nut on the sector shaft brace. On mine it came loose. The instructions from Steer Smart back then said to use two washers but it was too much. Steer Smart updated and told me to only use one. Since then it’s been fine. Always best to chase these down before more damage occurs. You’ll find it, and when you do, report back so we all know and maybe learn something too.
