Coverking Jeep Topliner - SPC683 Sale Price Deal

I ordered a Coverking Jeep Topliner for my Gladiator from Quadratec on Feb. 2 for $399.99. Today, while waiting for the topliner to ship, I found AutoAnything.com was advertising the top for $291.99. I called Quadratec concerning a price match and after they verified the price, I received a refund of the difference. I now have Quadratec as my go to Jeep accessories place.

That is a great price and I love my Coverking Topliner. I added a layer of boom mat soundproofing to the inside of the top before installing the Coverking. No wind noise from the roof. Only wind noise is from the doors. Also, no echo from the exposed fiberglass.

I was wondering if some sound proofing would fit under the Topliner. Coverking is waiting on parts, or material with end of March expected shipping, so I might order some sound proofing.

I just went on https://www.autoanything.com/jeep-tops/coverking-jeep-topliner and they are only showing the SPC680 for the Wrangler and not the SPC683, which is for the Gladiator. They must have sold out and removed it from their website. Even the customer sevice person at Quadratec said it showed in stock. I had checked a couple of weeks ago and they didn't have it listed. Keep checking and they may list it again.

It was weird. I couldn't search for it and find it on the Autoanything website, but I searched for it on Google and one of the top hits was an Autoanything link, and when I clicked on that link, it took me to the 683 on the Autoanything website. Very strange...

My expected delivery date says late April. I don't like that, but I do like the full coverage of the top, as well as the price!

Google might be the key! I Googled the SPC683 this morning and followed the autoanything link. It took me straight to the SPC683.

I ordered mine on Feb. 2 and a couple of weeks later, I checked my order online. It said it was shipped on Feb. 9, but didn't show a tracking number. I called Quadratec a week or so later and was told that it hadn't been shipped. I was told Coverking was waiting on parts which were expected around the end of March. Hopefully I will have mine in early April.

I dont expect this deal to be good for long if Cover King has a MAP pricing policy in effect. This price is well below wholesale cost, so they might get their hand slapped.
