I damaged my driveshaft carrier bearing this weekend, and am searching for a replacement. Does anyone know the difference between rear driveshaft part number 68330600AA and number 68330598AB? When I look up both parts, their fitment is the same. I have a Rubicon with the automatic transmission. Would someone who has this combo mind looking to see if there is a legible part number sticker on their driveshaft? Thanks.

it may be a long shot but you may be able to contact your dealer and ask them which one you have on your JT.

Most likely the AA to AB is just a revision to the part.

They’re different part numbers, not just different revisions (AA/AB). The prices are a couple hundred bucks different too. I’m guessing one might be automatic, and the other manual? Aftermarket options don’t seem to differentiate.
