Hi folks,

My '23 Gladiator Mojave started displaying the message "Device Not Supported" on the radio a week ago. Makes using navigation almost impossible. My truck is basically stock, with 17,xxx miles on it. Bought it a year and a half ago and has been flawless.

Why is my radio displaying this message?

Thanks,
Alan

Daily driver. When I need to go to the big city, I use the NAV.

Do you have a phone cable plugged into a USB port? I’ve seen that error in my Rubicon when the Jeep decides it doesn’t like my cable (which works fine elsewhere). Try unplugging any cables you have

I get this occasionally on start up with a USB drive connected. I unplug and reconnect and it fixes it. Have anything connected to a USB port

I had a fuse blow on the cigar lighter. Replaced with same amp fuse and am getting that message as well too. No cables plugged in anywhere.
