Diamondback Tonneau Cover VS Leitner Active Cargo System

Looking for advice and/or experiences. I'm trying to decide what to purchase for my Sport S. I'm split between getting a Diamond Back Tonneau Cover or a Leitner ACS Rack. I plan to use my Gladiator to go mountain biking, Stand Up Paddle boarding and Camping.

Any thoughts on these two accessories? Which one would be more useful?
