While considering spousal approval of yet another vehicle purchase (just bought a JLUR last May) I hesitated on the pulling the trigger on the Launch Edition and now I regret it. Especially after I brought it up over dinner tonight and she said "Oh I assumed you would want that one too, its all you've talked about since last Sunday (Dallas Auto Show) why didn't you order it?"

Now I regret not pulling the trigger (or clicking the mouse). So what are my options? Can I still buy a Launch Edition or do I need to wait for the generally available models to make their way to dealers and/or order one and hope for the best in terms of lead time.

Impatiently yours,

Bob

I did the opposite. My dealership called and offered me a great price. I originally said yes, but decided I rather wait and get Gobi with a soft top, so i cancelled. Happy with my choice.

I believe they are sold out. Did you sign up for one? If not, I think you are out of luck.

“All you talked about since last Sunday”

Your wife should consider herself lucky. I haven’t shut up about this Jeep for almost a year to my wife.
Everyone I know hates me because of the many years of non stop JT talk.

I'l admit that I treated the news of the release of a Jeep truck with a yawn over the past year as I was fixated on upgrading my 2018 JLUR. Now that its nearly done (are they really ever done) I'm ready for a new challenge.

Then last Sunday my adult son and I went to the Dallas Auto Show and I saw a black Gladiator Rubicon (my JLUR is black) and I drooled all over it, or as mush as you can from six feet away, since it was on a no touch stage.

Now I love the idea of having the Gladiator (and the JLUR) but I'd have to sell my other "family" car.

Luckily, it’s only the beginning. You’ll be able to order a gladiator soon enough, if you want.

They sold out of them in under 24 hours, you could wait for a used one to show up or get a loaded Rubicon which is what the LE basically is with fancy badges.

I did not sign up for one, but wish I had. No buyers remorse here, just gun shy remorse.

Anyone sign up to buy the Silver one near Texas and change their mind???....LOL
They have a Wait List option on the official page, presumably for false/fake/failed/backed out of orders. Worth a shot if you want to try to get one.

Order banks for LE's were still open at dealers as of Saturday.

Go to your perfected dealer and get 1% under invoice (I still have no clue how dealers are doing 6% without loosing money).
No one really knows if you have to have a chat with the Concierge or not. If your order status does not go to BX within 24 hours give Chrysler customer service a call and tell them your order status is not going through and see what they can do.
