Diesel Gladiator Fuel System issues

Has anyone had any fuel system issues with the Ecodiesel Gladiator? My 2021 fuel system just stopped working.... It is now at the dealer. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Fuel system stopped is kinda vague........

Truck stopped running? Lift pump stopped? Injector driver quit firing? HP pump quit? Fuel filter plugged?

Actually, all of that.... stopped running, HP pump stopped running. Dealer is now saying complete replacement from Fuel tank to injectors.... it's on their dime according to the Service Manager.

WOW, that's crazy that they feel the need to replace it all! WOnder if the HP pump put metal thoughout the whole system? Are they doing injectors too?

Yes to both....metal through out and replacing the injectors.

Thank you. It appears that the CP4 is having issues across all brands, Dodge Cummins, Ford Powerstroke and GM Duramax.... there is an upgrade, the CP4.2. I've been in constant contact with my dealership and they are being very helpful.

Yes, seen isolated issues over the years with the cp4. You would think this would be sorted out by now though?

Same damn thing here! Metal shavings in the circular area. Injector pump catastrophically failed. Just happened last Friday. Dealer is telling me 45+ days for parts. 4581 miles on odometer.

Mine says 6-21, fingers crossed mines ok, I’ve been breaking him in with many full pulls as possible. Hopefully anything will rear it’s head before 3 years/36,000 mi.
