Mopar insiders spied a JL Sahara being tested with the 3.0! They went on to say they are hearing November release!

Serious question here because I honestly don't know. Is there a FCA extended warranty you can buy that covers the injection system including the lift pump, CP4 pump, and injectors? I'm assuming they've addressed the camshaft sprocket issue that was wiping out the Gen 1 engines, and even if they haven't the extended warranty would cover that. But what about that potential fuel system failure? The prices I'm hearing on those repairs is scary. $8,500 at an independent shop, up to $12,000 at the dealership. Ouch. I'd have to go into Ecodiesel ownership knowing I've got protection before I'd try it again.

As hopeful as I am that this is true, I'll believe it when I see it. EPA has been purposely dragging their feet for months and they have no incentive to get crap in order now.

From what I have dug up the EcoD will be avail to order (for RAM) in summer and start arriving Aug. So Nov for Jeep is a possibility (JL launch??) but all previous info points to Gladiator not having Diesel until spring of 2020.

Guess time will tell....
