We bought a JT to tow behind a gas motorhome for weight, traded in my Ram. I love the the JT, but recently have leveled it and changed wheels and tires, about 3” overall height difference. Does anyone tow and if sow, does the tow bar need to be raised to compensate for the difference. Haven’t towed it since modifications but will be this week

You have to hook it up on level ground to see. What’s the Set up currently?

One bit of good news is that your Aria is diesel, not gas powered. That will make towing easier and the hitch should have a 10K rating. Yes, the tow arms should be relatively level with the tow plate attachment points. I think there is a +/- 3" or so variance recommended.

Probably easier to change the hitch ball height than the mounts on the Jeep. As long as there’s plenty of caster, it’ll pull fine.

There are a lot of variations on these adapters that can raise or lower the receiver height.

We bought a gas but then switched to diesel, both pull it great, the tow bar was level before wheels and level, I was just wondering if anyone tows anything with the tow bar 3” high

I flat tow our gladiator , with 3 inch lift. The hooks are the maximus tow loops with ready break. My coach at center hitch sits at 24 inches off ground. The jeep at tow loops / clevis sits at 25 inches. I have read you should be between around 2 inches off center
Before the lift I had the road master 4 inch drop rated for 10k lbs
