Yes, its been flawless. I am in wet season right now so the top is on but it works great.

Looks scary, there's nothing keeping the hooks from sliding off... meaning if it tips they will slide and boom.

Simple fix I think, get a couple of bolts/wingnuts/washers and bolt the eye of the hooks to holes in the top (like the J-Barr kit)
