Those little pebbles never get caught in either of my R/Ts or M/Ts. One reason I’m not a fan of AT tires. But yes if I see them I pickem out. Replacing windows blows!!

I’ve seen those pebbles fly out from between the bumper and fender, flinging forward with backspin, only to curve upwards and smack my own windshield. Cost me a little over $700.

They can also fling out the back and cause havoc for other motorists and cyclists.

we try to clean them out while airing up, and then periodically as we see them. I keep a flat screw driver in the glove box for it.

It’s more of an issue with fresh tread A/T tires; not much of an issue once you’re on the last 1/3 of your tread life. M/T might not do it as much, but when they do, it’ll be a bigger stone.

I pick 'em out. If they are stuck in there enough to stay in the tread, I'm makin' sure they don't go any further into the tire.

Nope. I live down a long dirt road, so picking out the rocks would be a full time job. However, I hit pavement long before anything with traffic, so I suspect most all of the rocks are gone before hitting any traffic. If not, luck of the draw….a lot of folks in my area live down dirt roads, so broken windshields is at least an annual occurrence…. Maybe the Gorilla Glass will help.

I do like Volt0, I pick them out as I air up. I’m not an angel but I try as I don’t want them beating up my rig as I’m coming up to speed on the highway.
