here is how the hard tonneau cover came packed. My install was PIA because I used Mopar drop in liner first, and the pre drilled holes did not work with the trail rail; and had to cut out parts of liner (because of clearance tolerances) to make it all work.

End product I love, but what should have been an hour ordeal was several hours over multiple days.'
My Wife almost got me to take to it to dealer to have them complete, but I'm like give me another half day and as you see above.

Back in the house, third Gladiator. Firecracker . Hope the next owner realized the unicorn Gladiator Launch Edition build status but with manual transmission.

Not pictured, but in succession to the DragonFly was Monarch. 2020 White Launch Edition, sold October 2024.

Now Sarge Green, 2023 Rubicon. Needs building to FireCracker/Launch Edition Status.
