Hey everyone,
My local overland shop here in Denver, CO (Juniper Overland) just finished the first DC-DC dual battery system under the hood of my 2020 JTR. It far exceeded my expectations in terms of simplicity and wiring cleanliness. They also installed a slick little Blue Sea 4 circuit power block on the front of the battery hold down plate to provide constant (fused) power to my 12V and hot accessories in the bed. I'm running a 35W hood solar as well as a grill mounted Zamp plug for additional flexible/blanket solar. Finally confident to keep the fridge and other devices powered up for consecutive days at camp without starting the truck. Hope others can replicate this setup for their needs
