Seen this in a gladiator group on facebook. Not sure how I really feel about this one, on one hand from this pic, it looks decently well done (except those fenders, wtf). On the other hand, I'm like WHY?????

I think that's a factory option/equipment.

They're air dams. They lower the drag coefficient, and help improve fuel economy.
And with that rig, he's gonna need all the help he can get!

If you have the basic Sport bumper, it comes with air dams like that.

Those are certainly not the factory air dams, they're cut mud flaps.

initial thoughts: cool enough but not for me

upon closer inspection: this seems like a lot of work to leave that fender flare looking like an afterthought. Also, while i'm sure they are legally required due to width, clearance lights on a short truck look like poser pieces, even if they aren't

just not that big, the space is actually much smaller only a couple of inches, this looks more like 6+ inches, so likely a reverse mudflap to make up the difference, lol

At least they got the memo about the mean mug grill! I don’t know, I like it and hate it all at the same time. I would have to see it in person and test drive it before I decided if I truly liked it or not…. I can respect it tho, no doubts there.

Those are certainly not the factory air dams, they're cut mud flaps.
