Thanks, I didn't remember if I'd seen it. Yours even has the elevated roofline tubes like the Defender.

I’d posted this pic in another thread in the hopes some Photoshop Guru would fab it up:

For me I like the cage to go full length...not slanted. Could run a 3rd row bench seat...mount a RTT...or carry a kayak up top that way.

@2020 SCRAMBLER - I'm with you! But I don't want the rack over the cab to block removal of the 3 piece hardtop.

@JeepDreams if the eco-cage sits slightly (2 - 3”) above the hardtop, you should be able to remove the panels and the hardtop slides out to the side.

@Bobs85Reny can you mock the above orange Rover exo-cage onto a white JT Rubi with a black hardtop? :D

I sent an email to Gobi Racks this weekend asking if they can build a rack that fits just over the bed. Perhaps if there is enough interest from owners they would produce them.

We are currently working on a 2" tubular design that attaches to our OverCab system (attached) and continues over the bed to provide a nice stable RTT platform below the roofline with lots of solid accessory mounting options. We're probably about 2 months out on final production.

Keep in mind, all those Rovers are a single tub, we have a separately mounted cab and bed that flex independently with the frame.
Probably not enough to rule this out, but the rack/cage (and mount points) would either have to be strong enough to keep the two moving as one, or flexible enough to move with the frame.
