I was looking for half racks to install on top of my Diamondback cover and stumble upon this Fabtech one. Looks pretty nice and simple a for day rig.

Hooke carries a seemingly identical rack on Amazon for half the price. I’m sure it’s Chinesium, but I don’t know enough about Fabtech’s to suggest it isn’t. They look more than similar. They look identical.

Fabtech says they are all made in house in USA. Would I like to save a few hundred bucks? Sure. Is it worth the hassle of having it rust out of me in 5 months, and not supporting a business that supports Jeep owners? Nope.

I don't mind grabbing cheap little plastic pieces and whatnot from China, but anything that carries weight or is on the outside of the truck, I'd rather pay for quality.
