Fabtech Cargo Rack with Mopar Hard Tonneau?

Brethren and Sisteren (that's not a word)... I'm wondering if anybody is running the Fabtech Cargo Rack (see below) and if they could determine if the Mopar hard tonneau would work with it. I'm looking for a small rack like this so I can pose with rotopaxes and maxtraxes while still keeping my luggage and supplies locked in a covered bed when overlanding. I'm primarily wondering if the two could be installed simultaneously (even if I need to trim the seals on the tonneau), because it seems like I would be able to open, at least, the rear and middle panel of the tonneau as needed. I would also be open to alternative ideas or rack suggestions, but this seems like the most-likely solution to my needs. Your input is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
