I‘ve been in the market for a winch for awhile and was pretty settled on getting a Warn Zeon 10-S. Every time I was about to order it was always out of stock and the price has been slowly going up every time I looked as well. While looking for the best deal on a Zeon 10-S I came across an unbelievable deal on the 9.5 XP-S for just under $1400, which is usually around $1900. I decided to jump on it. And when it arrived, much to my surprise it also came with the Warn wireless controller as well which is worth an additional $170 as a bonus! I finally had time to install it today but it doesn’t fit inside the factory steel front bumper. The 6hp motor is too big and blocks the holes for the studs on the back of the tow hooks on the passenger side. Fortunately I have a Jeep TJ with a Warn Zeon 8 that I guess I will have to swap, but it needs some fresh paint and a synthetic winch line first. Just wanted to pass that info along in case anyone else is considering trying to run this combination.
