They open at 8. Anytime after that works for me.

Okay sounds like the BMJA group will be there and ready to hit the trail by 9, so I suggest we plan to do the same.

Plan to be there early enough to have your Jeep ready, communications figured out and membership/day passes purchased. That might look a little different for everyone, but I'll be thereby 8:15 at the latest

FYI, I ended wheeling on Saturday at RC, before heading to AOAA today.
I headed over to Crawler Ridge to scope it out. Most of the trail is super easy. The interesting side in on the left side of the map where the word “Ridge” is written.
There are 4 paths you can take.
The right should be doable by most JTs. Might require some bumps and skinny pedal for those without lockers to go up, but definitely easy going down. The far far left was easy to go down but I did not try going up. Its mostly dirt with a couple of big rocks. The second from left side will absolutely require lockers to go up. I also feel a JT would need to be lifted and have 35s. Going down is doable but may scrap.
Just barely to the right of that is a buggy line.
I failed to make it up that again but at least did not break. I think I know the line now, just not sure I want to try that line. With my TJ wheelbase, it’s a fine line from making it, to either flopping on the passenger side or doing a complete end over end roll.
Longer JT wheelbase might make it more comfortable, but 35-37s plus lift plus lockers are necessary.

I got on the RTI ramp on Saturday and am waiting for some pics from both days.

I let my club know there would be Gladiators joining us on 10/22 and they were cool with it and hoping some of you might end up joining afterwards, but that’s not required and there is no pressure.

OK shameless Advertising for my Club.

Dues are $30 for the first year and only $20 each consecutive year thereafter. There are lots of perks; one being a reduction in the park’s daily fee (AOAA and RC) for the driver during our monthly ride. Hope you can join us next month!!
If you go to either RC or AOAA twice, after joining BMJA, you have ROI.

We did a pretty Epic Tire Stack Picture at the end of the day in the Red/Black Group
I am the last Jeep on the right.

Who needs an RTI Ramp when you have a friends tire?

Apparently my buddy snapped some pictures on saturday, so here it is, my failed attempt at the hard line on Crawler Ridge

In the third pic, I was trying to keep my driver front tire to the right of the next rock.
The line is to go over it.

Damn...bummer...

I looked at his past posts, and didn't see anything that would flag a "ban" unless the mods deleted the post that caused it.
