My airtag app showed my Jeep about 2 miles away from the shop last week. By the time I able to check on things, the airtag was showing back at the shop. The Jeep was in a different spot.

No work had been done yet. I did receive a call from the bodyshop asking if I had any updates on the approval. This was over a week ago. After sending an inquiry to the dealership and jeepcares, the dealership responded. They got the approvals for a new hood and tailgate. Not sure about the passenger doors. I updated Jeepcares and they responded immediately. They said they would see about expediting the shipment of the new panels.

The only time that I receive an update, it is right after I send Jeepcares a note. The dealership has been worthless. The bodyshop is no better, but I was told all communication would come from the dealership.
I don't suppose the mileage was recorded when it went into the shop?

The mileage was recorded. I also have a hardwired dashcam. Well, not really hardwired, but OBD powered. One day, when it is ready I will review the camera footage.

I'd be surprised if they didn't unplug the dashcam. I had a body shop unplugged mine. But, I still got some footage because they didn't notice my (separately wired) rear cam.

All files on the dashcam are corrupted. I have loaded the micro SD into a Disk Drill program. First attempt recovered 3600 files each at 0mb. Trying a full recovery now. It might finish scanning late this evening.

The truck looks good. I got a new hood, tailgate and one passenger door. The tailgate did not come with the inner panel. They swapped it out and had to redo the finish to match the bedliner. I had them touch up the passenger door hardware and recommend their tech buy a new torque bit for the door bolts. The next guy is going to have fun.

We do have a mileage discrepancy, but it does not look like more than 20 miles. 12 of that is getting it to and from the bodyshop. 8 miles unaccounted for. I'm still waiting on the final report from the bodyshop and what their report has for mileage in.

I'm glad to have the Gladiator back. Now I will send it off for detailing with the hopes of the not so bright white to match the new bright white panels. My other option would be to just get it dirty and leave it alone.

It is hard to believe the original batteries are still functioning. No ESS today, but I will charge the batteries tonight. New ones soon will be installed when time permits.

Glad you are happy with the truck outcome. Interesting that the SD card files are corrupt. I wonder if they wiped it??
