Looks like it fits nicely. A rubber horse stall mat for $40 does the same thing, just doesn’t fit as perfectly and is heavy (like 90lbs)

I have the mat. It does fit good and is thick enough but we'll see how long it lasts.

Can you comment on how thick it is and how much it weighs? Is that black or gray?

I'll measure the thickness tonight but it's probably half the thickness of the heavy Westin mat I had in my Tacoma. I'd compare it to a bigger, slightly thicker version of good all weather floor mats. The weight found by PyrPatriot is about right. It works for my purposes (hauling dirtbikes) but I don't think it would hold up to heavier/sharper stuff.

Does the lip at the end get in the way of loading ? I put in a dirtbike and large boxes often. I have to be able to slide things in.
Thanks.

No problem loading my dirt bike.

I've hauled boxes and a bunch of other stuff without much problem but if you're looking to slide stuff in from the tailgate then the lip is an issue

I've got a Black Armour bed mat, I used to have a DeeZee one but got a few holes in it from my tools. The new one is 1/2" thick, I love it. It is a bit of a bear to get it in the truck because I think it weighs 80lbs.. www.blackarmourbedmats.com

I got the DeeZee and like it a lot. I didn't want a lip around the edge, just a good fit and a way for air to circulate around and under it. Now I'm trying to figure out if I want to cover the tailgate or not.
