Fishbone Bed Rack

Just received my Fishbone Bed Rack from Northridge 4x4 and I'm really disappointed in the quality powder coating chipped and rubbed off all over as well complete bent lower mounting location. Almost looks like its been used before, anyone else have bad luck with these racks?

It 100% isn't used. I don't mean to offend here but this part is made in china and packaged in china and this unfortunately what you get 50% of the time with these types of products. We carry them because they meet a price point that some customers are looking for.

If it does not meet your expectations, do not install it and call our customer service dept and we will get you taken care of and work with the MFG to get this returned

Thanks Northridge for replying, I stoped installing once I saw the bent mounting point (probably wouldn't be able to mount anyways). I know its a lower quality bed rack just didn't want to go crazy on one since I have a RSI SmartCap coming in a few months but I have reached out to your CS.

This is exactly why NR4x4 is my go to for parts. Awesome CS.

I actually really like mine. It came very well packaged although it did have two minor chips which I touched up. Time will tell if the powder coat holds up.

That's not terrible. I saw a Jeep Wrangler at my work a few days ago that looked like they had bought the entire DV8 catalog a couple years ago. Every single thing on it was DV8 and every accessory was rusted and peeling. It was terrible. It was bad enough that I will never buy anything that DV8 makes. I truly wish I had taken some pictures of it, but I was afraid the guy would see me.
